On engines with factory or custom turbocharger or supercharger, the TORNADO must be installed in the air tube or hose that connects directly to the throttle body. This is normally the tube connecting the compressor outlet to the throttle body inlet chamber. If the system contains an intercooler, the throttle body inlet tube connects from the intercooler outlet port. If the compressor or intercooler directly connects to the throttle body without a hose or tube, the TORNADO cannot be installed on that application.
